  • All hunters must demonstrate the accuracy of their gun as well as the hunter’s ability to shoot on our gun range.
  • All weapons, when not in use, will be stored in a central location.
  • If required by law, a hunting course certificate of completion must be produced prior to hunting.
  • All unrecovered dead or wounded deer will be charged according to the ranch pricing policy. The scoring decision of the guide on all unrecovered animals will be final.
  • If an unrecovered deer is located following your departure, the antlers will be processed per your request.
  • The guide’s estimated score is only an educated guess and will not be used to calculate the final score. The gross score on all recovered deer will be determined using the Boon and Crockett guidelines. The decision to shoot is entirely up to you; therefore do not pull the trigger unless you want the deer.
  • All trophy fees are due the AM or PM of the harvest.
  • Alcohol consumption in moderation is allowed following the evening meal. We will not tolerate aggressive and/or obnoxious behavior; therefore if alcohol makes you “act crazy”, we would request you not drink. Unruly hunters will be asked to leave the ranch and any money paid will be forfeited.
